Did you know there are improvements made to Dynamic Checklists in 12.2?
Dynamic checklist is an innovative feature that was added previously to Hexagon EAM. However, customers noted one challenge: checklist items based on conditions required saving the record and refreshing the screen to appear. Hexagon has addressed this concern with an organization setting.
How it works:
By setting the organization option CHCKLAUS to YES, a checklist item that has dynamic condition can now save automatically
When you change focus to another line (i.e., clicking on it or placing your cursor in a field), the system will automatically save any unsaved updates from the previous line if a result is entered
If the condition is met the system will also unhide relevant dynamic checklists items
This enhancement applies to all checklist screens, including Work Order, Case Management, and Operator Checklist, but only impacts lines configured with dynamic conditions.
